To provide you with better services, please read this User Service Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully. Before you start using the Addones platform and related services, please make sure to read and fully understand this Agreement, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, the clauses on rights licensing and limitation of liability, the clauses on agreeing to activate services, and the clauses on governing law and dispute resolution. Important clauses such as those that exempt or limit liability will be highlighted in bold, and you should read them carefully. If you are under 18 years of age, please read and fully understand this Agreement together with your legal guardian, and use the Addones platform and related services only with your guardian's consent.
Unless you fully accept all the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in, or use (collectively, "use") the Addones app, or to use the Addones services or obtain any services and products provided by the Addones platform (collectively, the "Services") in any way. If you use the Addones platform and related services, you are deemed to have fully understood this Agreement and to have agreed to be bound by it as a party.

1.1 This Agreement is entered into between you and Yunnan Nianhe Nian Technology Co., Ltd. (the "we", "us", or the "Company") regarding your registration, login, and use of the Addones app and the related services provided by the Addones platform. We have the right to unilaterally decide, based on the needs of the Addones platform, related services, or operations, to arrange or designate our affiliates or a Company-approved third party to continue operating the Addones platform. Certain services under this Agreement may be provided to you by the Company's affiliates or a Company-approved third party. By knowing and agreeing to accept the relevant service content, you are deemed to accept the relevant rights and obligations and to be bound by this Agreement.
1.2 "User" refers to all persons who directly or indirectly obtain and use the Addones platform and related services, including natural persons, legal persons, and other organizations. In this Agreement, they are referred to as "user" or "you".
1.3 "Addones" refers to the application legally owned and operated by us and bearing the name "Addones". The Company has the right to unilaterally change the application name (including but not limited to renaming or adding names). After the Company issues a renaming announcement, all terms of this Agreement shall apply to the renamed application.
1.4 This Agreement also includes agreements, rules, and descriptions regarding the Addones platform and related services that the Company has published or may continue to publish. Once officially published, the Company will remind you to read them in a timely manner through appropriate means (including but not limited to phone, SMS, announcements, and system notifications). The foregoing agreements and rules form an inseparable part of this Agreement. Your use or continued use of the Addones platform is deemed as your agreement to comply with the foregoing agreements and rules.
2.1 When using the Addones platform and related services, you may access the relevant Addones websites. If you did not obtain this platform from the Company or a Company-authorized third party, the Company cannot guarantee that an unofficial version of the Addones platform will function properly or be free of other risks, and the Company is not responsible for any losses you suffer as a result.
2.2 You acknowledge and agree that the services provided by Addones are online virtual goods, provided on a pay-first, service-later basis. The amounts you pay for purchased services are not in the nature of prepayments, deposits, earnest money, or stored-value cards. Once a service is activated, it is non-transferable and non-refundable (except where a major defect renders the service completely unusable, where laws and regulations require a refund, or where we determine that a refund is appropriate). To protect your rights, please purchase our services through official channels. Products and services obtained through non-official channels are not protected, and we have the right to suspend or terminate services to you; we bear no responsibility for any losses this causes you. A platform phone number is an independent account, and purchasing users may request domestic invoices.
2.3 The Company may develop different application versions for different terminal devices. You may use the Addones platform and related services or update the Addones version as needed, and you may uninstall it yourself if you no longer need the Addones platform and related services.
2.4 To improve the user experience and services, the Company will provide platform updates or changes from time to time (including but not limited to platform modifications, upgrades, feature enhancements, and the development of new services). To ensure the security of the Addones platform and related services and improve the user experience, where possible, the Company will notify users through means including but not limited to pop-ups, email, SMS, system prompts, announcements, and in-app messages after updates. Users have the right to choose whether to accept the updated version or service. If a user does not accept it, because the Company may no longer maintain the older version, the user may be unable to use new features, or some features may be restricted or unusable, and the consequences shall be borne by the user.
2.5 Unless expressly authorized in writing in advance, you may not engage in any unauthorized access or use of the Addones platform and related services in any form, including but not limited to adaptation, copying, dissemination, vertical search, mirroring, or trading. You bear all consequences of any illegal use.
2.6 You understand that using the Addones platform and related services requires you to prepare the terminal devices related to the platform and services (such as computers and phones) yourself. Once you open the Addones platform on your terminal device or access the relevant Addones websites, you are deemed to be using the Addones platform and related services. To fully realize all functions of Addones, you may need to connect your terminal device to the internet, and you clearly bear the required costs (such as data and internet fees) yourself.
2.7 The Company grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial right to lawfully use the Addones platform and related services. All other rights not expressly authorized in this Agreement are reserved by the Company. You must obtain separate written permission from the Company to exercise such rights, and the Company's failure to exercise any of the foregoing rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
2.8 If you find any content on the Addones platform that infringes your rights, please notify the Company immediately at nhn2026@outlook.com, providing preliminary evidence of your rights. The Company will process your complaint within 15 business days. If content you posted or are involved in on Addones is complained of as infringing by a rights holder, you may also submit a feedback notice and relevant proof of rights to nhn2026@outlook.com to appeal, and the Company will likewise process your appeal within 15 business days. If you fail to provide the relevant appeal materials within 2 business days after receiving notice, the Company has the right to take measures such as suspending transmission and closing the account in accordance with the law.
2.9 The platform adopts a zero-tolerance ("no tolerance") policy toward any objectionable content (including but not limited to pornography, violence, gore, abuse, harassment, discrimination, and illegal or non-compliant content) and toward users who engage in abuse, harassment, or bullying, and is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and harmonious platform.
2.10 You may use the in-app "Report" feature to report any violating content or abusive behavior, and use the "Block" feature to block violating users. We have a dedicated moderation team that will remove violating content within 24 hours of receiving a report, and will take measures such as banning the accounts of users who post violating content or engage in abuse or harassment.
(1) When you register or log in to Addones and related services, you may create an account with your phone number. We will verify whether your identity is valid by sending an SMS verification code; we collect this information to help you complete registration.
(2) You may also log in to Addones using a third-party account (such as WeChat). In that case, you authorize us to obtain the public information you registered on the third-party platform (avatar, nickname, etc.), and after you agree to this Agreement, we will bind your third-party account to your Addones account so that you can log in and use this product and related services directly via the third-party account.
(3) Please keep all of your information safe. You bear the losses caused by account loss or leakage yourself.
When you need to terminate your use of the Addones account service, you may apply to cancel your own account within the Addones system, but you remain responsible for your actions before cancellation and during your use of the Addones services. After successful cancellation, we will stop providing products or services to you, and your account records and data will be deleted and cannot be recovered or provided, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. For details on cancellation, please refer to the Account Cancellation Agreement.
3.3 You understand and undertake that the account you set up must not violate national laws and regulations or the Company's rules. Your account name, avatar, and other registration and personal information must not contain illegal or harmful content. You must not open an account using another person's identity without permission (including but not limited to impersonating another person's name, title, or avatar in a way likely to cause confusion), and must not maliciously register Addones accounts (including but not limited to frequent or bulk registration). You must comply with relevant laws and regulations during registration and use, and must not engage in any act that harms national interests, damages other citizens' rights, or is detrimental to public morality. The Company has the right to review the registration information you submit.
3.4 Your registered account on Addones is for your own use only. You have only the right to use the account. Without the Company's written consent, gifting, lending, renting, transferring, selling, or otherwise licensing the account to others in any form is prohibited. If the Company finds or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the original registrant, then to protect account security, the Company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate services to the account or cancel it.
3.5 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account. Any activity under your registered account is deemed your own act, for which you bear full legal responsibility, including but not limited to payment operations you perform on Addones. You should attach great importance to account confidentiality and never disclose your account and password to others. If you discover that someone has used your account without permission or that any other security breach has occurred, you should notify the Company immediately.
3.6 If your account is lost or you forget your password, you may appeal by contacting nhn2026@outlook.com and complete verification as required by customer service to recover your account or password. The Company specifically reminds you to keep your account and password safe. When you finish using the service, you should log out securely. The Company bears no responsibility for account theft or loss caused by malicious attacks by others, your own reasons, or other force majeure factors.
3.7 When registering, using, and managing your account, you must ensure the authenticity of the identity information filled in at registration. Please use true, accurate, lawful, and valid identity proof and necessary information (including but not limited to your contact phone number) when registering and managing your account. In accordance with national laws and regulations, to use certain features of this platform and services, you need to provide true identity information; please complete real-name verification as required by law and update the above information promptly. If the materials or information you submit are inaccurate, untrue, non-standard, or unlawful, or if the Company has reason to suspect they are erroneous, false, or unlawful, the Company has the right to refuse to provide relevant services, and you may be unable to use the Addones platform and related services or may have some features restricted during use.
3.8 In addition to registering an Addones account yourself, you may also choose to register and log in to the Addones platform and related services by authorizing the use of accounts you lawfully own, including but not limited to those of the Company and/or its affiliates or other platforms, except where the third-party platform restricts or prohibits this. When logging in with such an existing account, you must ensure that the account has completed real-name registration and agree to the relevant provisions of this Agreement.
3.9 If you log in to a series of client platform products and websites operated by the Company's affiliates or partners using an account registered on Addones, you must comply with the User Agreement and other terms of those platform products and websites.
4.1 We attach great importance to the protection of user information. Protecting user personal information is one of the Company's basic principles.
4.2 During your use of the Addones platform and related services, you may need to provide your personal information so that the Company can provide you with better services and technical support. You understand and agree that, on the premise of better serving you and complying with laws and regulations, this Agreement, and the Privacy Policy, the Company has the right to collect, use (including for commercial cooperation), store, and share your personal information. At the same time, we will protect your rights to browse, modify, and delete your personal information and to withdraw consent in accordance with the law. For more on the protection of user personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your conduct in using this product and related services. Unless permitted by law or with the Company's prior written permission, your use of the Addones platform and related services must not involve the following:
5.1.1 Using any plug-ins, cheats, systems, or third-party tools not authorized or licensed by the Company to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of the Addones platform and related services.
5.1.2 Using or targeting the Addones platform and related services to engage in any activity that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to:
(1) Illegally intruding into others' networks, disrupting the normal functioning of others' networks, or stealing network data, and other activities that endanger network security;
(2) Providing programs or tools specifically used for intruding into networks, disrupting normal network functions and protective measures, or stealing network data and other activities that endanger network security;
(3) Knowingly providing technical support, advertising, payment/settlement, or other assistance to those engaged in activities that endanger network security;
(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
(5) Entering public computer networks or others' computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information;
(6) Attempting, without permission, to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the Addones system or network, or otherwise engaging in acts that undermine network security;
(7) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Addones system or website, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses, or engaging in other acts that damage or disrupt normal network information services;
(8) Forging the name or part of the name of TCP/IP data packets.
5.1.3 Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, or decompiling the Addones platform, or otherwise attempting to discover its source code.
5.1.4 Maliciously registering Addones accounts, including but not limited to frequent or bulk registration.
5.1.5 Other acts that violate laws and regulations, this Agreement, the Company's rules, or that infringe the lawful rights of others.
In any case, if the Company has reason to believe that any of your acts violates or may violate the above provisions, the Company may make an independent judgment and take action, and has the right at any time to terminate services to the user without any prior notice and to pursue relevant liability.
5.2.1 After completing real-name verification as required, users may register an account and log in to the Addones platform to use the services we provide.
5.2.2 The content created and disseminated by users must consciously comply with laws and regulations, and requirements such as authenticity of information and public order and morality. Otherwise, the Company will immediately take measures such as restricting features, suspending services, and closing accounts. Users must not publish the following information:
(1) Content that opposes the basic principles established by the constitution;
(2) Content that endangers national security or divulges state secrets;
(3) Content that subverts state power, overthrows the social system, or incites secession or undermines national unity;
(4) Content that harms national honor and interests;
(5) Content that promotes terrorism or extremism;
(6) Content that promotes ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermines ethnic unity;
(7) Content that incites regional discrimination or hatred;
(8) Content that undermines religious policy or promotes cults and superstition;
(9) Content that fabricates or spreads rumors or false information, disrupting social order or stability;
(10) Content that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or that abets crime;
(11) Content that endangers network security or uses the network to endanger national security, honor, and interests;
(12) Content that insults or defames others or infringes their lawful rights;
(13) Content that involves violent intimidation or threats against others, or "human-flesh searches";
(14) Content that involves others' privacy, personal information, or data;
(15) Content that spreads foul language and harms public order and good morals;
(16) Content that infringes others' privacy, reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property, or other lawful rights;
(17) Commercial advertising, similar commercial solicitation, excessive marketing, or spam;
(18) Comments made in languages other than the common language of this site;
(19) Content entirely unrelated to the information being commented on;
(20) Meaningless information, or the deliberate use of character combinations to evade technical review;
(21) Content that infringes the lawful rights of minors or harms their physical and mental health;
(22) Secretly photographing or recording others without permission, infringing their lawful rights;
(23) Content involving terror, violence, gore, high danger, or content harmful to the physical and mental health of the performer or others, including but not limited to:
1) Any content of violence and/or self-harm;
2) Any content that threatens life and health or uses dangerous instruments such as knives to perform in a way that endangers the personal or property rights of oneself or others;
3) Content that encourages or induces others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death.
(24) Other information prohibited by laws, regulations, policies, and public order and good morals;
(25) Other information that disrupts the normal operation of Addones or infringes the lawful rights of other users or third parties.
6.1 Without the Company's written permission, users may not, on their own or by authorizing, permitting, or assisting any third party, do the following with the content on the Addones platform and related services under this Agreement:
(1) Copy, read, or use the content of the Addones platform and related services for commercial purposes including but not limited to promotion or increasing reads/views;
(2) Edit, organize, or arrange the content of the Addones platform and related services without authorization and display it through channels other than the source pages of the Addones platform and related services;
(3) Use any form of identification method including but not limited to special marks or special code, on your own or by assisting a third party, to generate traffic to, or divert or hijack, the information or content of the Addones platform and related services or otherwise adversely affect it;
(4) Other acts of illegally obtaining the content of the Addones platform and related services.
6.2 After obtaining the Company's written permission, users' sharing and other actions regarding the Addones platform must also comply with the following standards:
(1) For data crawled, counted, or obtained, without the Company's prior written consent, the data must not be publicized, provided, or disclosed to any third party in any way;
(2) No modification of any kind may be made to the source web pages of the Addones platform and related services, including but not limited to the homepage link entry, nor may any obstruction, insertion, pop-ups, or other interference be made to the display of the source pages;
(3) Safe, effective, and rigorous measures must be taken to prevent the content of the Addones platform and related services from being illegally obtained by third parties through any form, including but not limited to "spider" programs;
(4) The relevant data content must not be used for purposes beyond the scope permitted by the Company in writing, for any form of sale or commercial use, or disclosed, provided to, or allowed to be used by any third party.
7.1 For your acts that violate this Agreement or other service terms, the Company has the right to independently judge and, depending on the circumstances, take measures such as prior warning, restricting some or all account features, and up to permanently closing the account. The Company has the right to announce the results of its handling and to decide whether to restore use based on the actual situation. For acts suspected of violating laws and regulations or suspected of crime, relevant records will be preserved and reported to the competent authorities in accordance with the law, cooperating with their investigations. The Company has the right not to restore or return deleted content.
7.2 If your violation of this Agreement or other service terms causes third-party complaints or litigation claims, you shall bear all legal responsibility yourself. If your unlawful or breaching acts cause the Company and its affiliates to compensate any third party or be penalized by state authorities, you shall also fully compensate for all losses caused.
7.3 The Company respects and protects the lawful rights of legal persons and citizens, such as intellectual property, reputation, name, and privacy rights. You warrant that works and other content generated using the Addones platform and related services do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, reputation, name, portrait, privacy, or other rights and lawful interests. Otherwise, the Company has the right to remove the allegedly infringing content upon receiving notice from the rights holder or relevant party. You shall bear all legal responsibility for all rights claims raised by third parties; if your infringement causes losses to the Company and its affiliates, controlling companies, or successor companies (including but not limited to economic and goodwill losses), you shall also fully compensate.
7.4 You understand and agree that, in any case, the Company's total liability and compensation to you for a breach shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid for using the Company's services.
8.1 You understand and agree that the Addones platform and related services provided by the Company are provided on an "as-is" basis according to the current technology and conditions. The Company will make its best efforts to provide services to you and ensure the continuity and security of services. You understand that the Company cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks at all times, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, and other security issues that may cause service interruptions, data loss, and other losses and risks.
8.2 You understand and agree that, based on business strategy adjustments or operational needs, the Company has the right to modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate the Addones platform and related services after announcement, without being liable to users or bearing any compensation.
8.3 You understand and agree that after services are suspended or terminated, the Company has no obligation to provide or return any data to you.
9.1 The intellectual property of the content provided by the Company on the Addones platform and related services (including but not limited to the platform, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, graphics, charts, layout design, and electronic documents) belongs to the Company or lawful third parties. The copyright, patent rights, and other intellectual property of the platform on which the Company relies to provide this service belong to the Company. Without the rights holder's permission, you have no right to use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, or downloading via any robot, spider, or other program or device) any content of the Addones platform and related services; otherwise, you shall bear all consequences yourself, and the Company or the third-party rights holder has the right to pursue your legal liability.
9.2 You understand and agree that the text, images, and other content you upload when using the Addones platform and related services are owned by you or lawfully authorized (including sub-licensing), do not violate laws and regulations, and do not infringe any third party's lawful rights. The intellectual property of any content you upload, synthesize, and save through Addones belongs to you or the original copyright holder. You shall bear all responsibility for any disputes arising therefrom; if this causes losses to the Company, the Company has the right to seek compensation from you.
9.3 You know, understand, and agree that, for all content you upload and synthesize through Addones (including but not limited to text, images, and graphics), you hereby grant the Company and its affiliates a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right (including but not limited to reproduction, translation, compilation, information network dissemination, adaptation, and creation of derivative works). The scope of use includes but is not limited to current or other websites, applications, products, or terminal devices. You hereby confirm and agree that the grant of the above rights includes the right and license to use and otherwise develop the content (in whole or in part) in any promotion, advertising, or marketing related to Addones, the Company, and/or the Company's brand. For the avoidance of doubt, you agree that the grant of the above rights includes the right and license to use, reproduce, and display your image, portrait, name, trademarks, service marks, brands, names, logos, and company marks (if any) that you own or are licensed to use and that are embedded in the content, as well as any other brand, marketing, or promotional assets.
9.4 The Company provides technical support for the development and operation of Addones and enjoys all rights to all data and information generated during the development and operation of the Addones platform and related services.
9.5 Please do not use, in any circumstances, any of the Company's trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, or other distinctive brand features (collectively, "Marks"), including but not limited to those of Addones, without authorization. Without the Company's prior written consent, you may not display, use, apply to register as a trademark, or register as a domain name any of the foregoing Marks, alone or in combination with anything else, nor may you expressly or impliedly indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise handle such Marks. You bear full legal responsibility for losses caused to the Company or others by your use of the Company's trademarks, marks, etc. in violation of this Agreement.
1. Story, dialogue, and text content in the "AI interactive story" feature is generated in real time by an artificial-intelligence model (the US version uses Google's Gemini service). Generated content is random and non-deterministic, is provided for personal entertainment only, does not represent the platform's views, and does not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
2. You may not induce or use this feature to generate or distribute content that violates applicable laws or infringes others' rights, and you may not use generated content for news publishing, academic fraud, deception, or other unlawful purposes. When sharing generated content externally, you should clearly indicate that it was generated by AI.
3. We review user inputs and generated content through a combination of automated review and human moderation. For violating content, we may remove or block it, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the service, and we may keep records as required by law.
4. Generated content is stored only in your own private conversation history. You are responsible for the content you enter.
10.1 You understand and agree that the Addones platform and related services may be affected or interfered with by various factors, and the Company makes no guarantee to you regarding the following (including but not limited to):
10.1.1 That the Company's platform and related services fully meet the user's usage requirements;
10.1.2 That the Company is uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or error-free; that any platform, service, or other material the user obtains through the Company meets the user's expectations;
10.1.3 That any errors in the platform will be corrected.
10.2 For online information involving property, account passwords, advertising, or promotions, users should treat them with caution and make their own judgments. For losses of profit, business goodwill, data, or other tangible or intangible losses you suffer for the foregoing reasons, the Company bears no direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive liability.
10.3 You understand and agree that, in using the Addones platform and related services, you may encounter force majeure and other factors (force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided), including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters, network reasons, hacker attacks, war, or any other similar events. When force majeure occurs, the Company will strive to repair it in a timely manner, but for losses caused to users by force majeure, users agree that the Company bears no liability.
10.4 The right obtained by the Company under this Agreement to handle illegal or non-compliant content does not constitute an obligation or commitment of the Company, and the Company cannot guarantee timely discovery of illegal acts or corresponding handling.
10.5 Users clearly understand and agree that, regarding the services under this Agreement, the Company provides no warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You must bear the corresponding risks of your use of the platform and related services under this Agreement.
10.6 Users clearly understand and agree that this Agreement is intended to safeguard compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and morals, and protect the lawful rights of others. The Company will make its best efforts within its capabilities to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, but does not guarantee that its judgments will fully align with those of judicial or administrative authorities. Users have understood and agree to bear the consequences arising therefrom.
11.1 Our product is mainly intended for adults. If you are a minor under 18 years of age, before using the Addones platform and related services, you should read and agree to this Agreement under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians.
11.2 The Company attaches importance to protecting the personal information of minors. When minor users fill in personal information, please strengthen self-protection awareness, exercise caution, and use the Addones platform and related services correctly under guardian guidance.
11.3 If a minor user violates laws, regulations, or this Agreement, the minor's guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law.
11.4 Special notice for minor users
11.4.1 Adolescents using the Addones platform and related services should, under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, learn to use the internet correctly within reasonable limits, avoid becoming addicted to virtual cyberspace, and develop good internet habits.
11.4.2 Adolescent users must abide by the National Youth Network Civilization Convention:
(1) Be good at learning online and do not browse harmful information;
(2) Communicate honestly and amicably and do not insult or defraud others;
(3) Strengthen self-protection awareness and do not casually meet online friends;
(4) Maintain network security and do not disrupt network order;
(5) Be beneficial to physical and mental health and do not indulge in virtual time and space.
11.4.3 To better protect the privacy rights of minors, minors using the Addones platform to activate paid memberships or other equivalent services should operate under the accompaniment of a guardian. The Company reminds users to be cautious about uploading content containing material of minors. Once uploaded, it is deemed that the user agrees that Addones may display the information, portrait, and voice of minors, and allows Addones to use and process such minor-related content in accordance with this Agreement. You bear the resulting responsibility yourself.
12.1 The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. The place of signing of this Agreement is Kunming, Yunnan Province, People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises between you and the Company, both parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction at the place of signing (i.e., Wuhua District, Kunming).
12.2 The Company has the right to modify this Agreement as needed based on changes in national policy, technical conditions, product features, etc., and will publish the modified agreement. Once officially published, the Company will remind you of the updated content through appropriate means (SMS, announcements, pop-ups, system notifications, etc.) so that you can promptly understand the latest version of this Agreement. The modified content will form an inseparable part of this Agreement, which you shall likewise comply with. If you object to the modified agreement, please immediately stop logging in to and using the Addones platform and related services. If you log in to or continue to use the Addones platform and related services, you are deemed to accept the modified agreement.
12.3 You and the Company are independent entities. In no case does this Agreement constitute any form of express or implied warranty or condition from the Company to the user, nor does it constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the two parties.
12.4 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience and reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement.
